202 Spring Exhibit

Prospectus:

LOCATION:
Bethesda Park Senior Center
225 Bethesda Church Rd
Lawrenceville, Ga 30044

DATES:  Monday April 27th to Tuesday August 25th

ARTIST ELIGIBILITY:  Members and Non-Members

JURIED ENTRY: Entrants may submit up to five images. For the exhibit, all artwork must be wired for hanging with suitable backing.  Unframed artwork will only be accepted on Gallery wrap canvas that has an edge depth of 11/2 inches. All artwork must be identified by a card (furnished) stating Title, Artist Name, Size, Medium and Price.  Artist also must have this information attached to the back of each entry. No artwork depicting nudes will be accepted.

DELIVERY AND DISPLAY:  Work must be delivered between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. on Monday April 27 to:
Bethesda Park Senior Center, 225 Bethesda Church Rd, Lawrenceville, Ga 30044
Reminder: Artwork should be delivered no later than 1:30.
(Works will be juried from the actual work delivered to the center, beginning between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.  Any work not accepted into the show should be picked between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Artists will be notified by phone.)


REMOVAL OF WORK:  Work must be removed on Monday, August 25 between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m.  Without exceptions, artists are to be responsible for making delivery and pickup arrangements for their own work if personally unavailable to do so.  Again, no early removals are permitted without prior notice to exhibitions chairpersons.

INSURANCE:  Insurance is the sole responsibility of the artist.  Though great care will be taken when handling your work, the Lilburn Arts Alliance is not responsible for possible loss or damage to works.  Artists will be asked to sign an LAA Liability Waiver as well as a Bethesda Park Waiver upon delivery of their artwork.

SALES:  Proceeds for sales will go to the artist with the exception of a small fee charged by the Bethesda Park Senior Center.

RIGHTS:  Lilburn Arts Alliance reserves the right to photograph and retain images of the exhibit.  These materials will be used solely for educational, promotional and documentation purposes in print or on the internet.  By entering, you agree to all conditions herein.

ENTRY FEE:  (Fees must be paid-in-full in order for work to be considered for acceptance into the exhibit.)
           Members (including students): $30 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted)
           Non-members: $40 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted)
           Submitted pieces will be juried based on quality and merit for acceptance.

            Credit Card:  Artists may use the link to the application form to pay their fees through Paypal using a credit card.
            Check: Payments should be made out to Lilburn Arts Alliance and should be sent with application and waiver form to :

ENTRY DEADLINE: Application, waiver form  and payment should be received by Tuesday, April 21st.

            3rd Place
