Lilburn Arts Alliance - Fall 2024 Exhibition

DATES: Exhibit date is November 23, 2024 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
ENTRY DEADLINE: Application, liability waiver and payment should be received by Saturday November 16, 2024. Forms at bottom of page.
ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: Members and Non-members
JURIED ENTRY: Entrants may submit up to five images. Eligibility includes 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional works: painting (all media), sculpture, wood, pottery, glass, and photography. All artwork must be original. No nudes. All work must remain in place until the close of the exhibition. All work must be framed unless it is on a 1 1/2" gallery wrap canvas. For the exhibit, framed artwork must be wired for hanging with suitable backing. All artwork must be identified by a card (furnished) stating Title, Artist Name, Size, Medium and Price. Artist also must have this information attached to the back of each entry.
REPRODUCTIONS: Small items which represent the artist's work such as note cards, magnets, books, mugs, art prints, calendars, small original art items, etc., may be displayed (as space permits) and sold only if the artist is exhibiting their original work as part of the main exhibit. Allowable items will be at the discretion of the Arts Alliance and reserves the right to remove items deemed unsuitable.
DELIVERY AND DISPLAY: Work must be delivered between 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Friday November 22, 2024

(Works will be juried starting at 2:30 pm on the 22nd (following delivery described above). Any declined work should be picked up the following day after the exhibit at 4 pm on the 23rd.)
REMOVAL OF WORK: Work is to be removed on Saturday Nov. 23 at 4:00 pm following the exhibit. Without exceptions, artists are to be responsible for making delivery and pickup arrangements for their own work if personally unavailable to do so. No early removals are permitted.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the sole responsibility of the artist. Though great care will be taken when handling your work, the Lilburn Arts Alliance is not responsible for possible loss or damage to works. Artists will be required to sign and send a Liability Waiver for their artwork.
SALES: Proceeds for sales will go to the artist with the exception of a 10% fee which will be collected by the Lilburn Arts Alliance.
RIGHTS: Lilburn Arts Alliance reserves the right to photograph and retain images of the exhibit. These materials will be used solely for educational, promotional and documentation purposes in print or on the internet. By entering, you agree to all conditions herein.

Members: $30 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted)
Non-members: $50 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted)
Submitted pieces will be juried based on quality and merit for acceptance.
