ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: Members and Non-Members
WORK ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility includes 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional works: painting (all media), sculpture, wood, pottery, glass, and photography. Any other original artwork not on canvas/paper, etc. will be at the discretion of the show director. All artwork must be original. No nudes. All entries must be properly framed, wired and matted. All work must remain in place until the close of the exhibition. Only gallery wrap canvas that is 1 1/2" thick may be hung without a frame. Unframed artwork that is less than 1 1/2 thick will not be accepted in the show. 2 dimensional size limit is 20" X 24" unframed.
JURIED ENTRY: Please notify Peggy Sullens by May 5th of your intention to submit artwork so we can plan accordingly:

Entrants may submit up to five pieces which will be judged for entry the evening before the exhibit.
REPRODUCTIONS: Small items which represent the artists' work such as note cards, magnets, books, mugs, unframed art prints (no larger than 16x20 including mat),calendars, etc., may be displayed (as space permits) and sold only if the artist is exhibiting their original work as part of the main exhibit. Allowable items will be at the discretion of the Exhibitions Director and reserves the right to remove items deemed unsuitable.
DELIVERY & DISPLAY: Original artwork submissions are due on Friday, May 10, 2017

Bring up to five pieces of your original works along with your payment to the exhibit venue (address shown above). After drop off, pieces will be judged for entry. Selected pieces will be exhibited on Saturday May 11, rejected pieces will be stored for the duration of the show and returned to the artist.
REMOVAL OF WORK: Work is to be removed at the end of the exhibit, at 5 pm on Saturday, May 11, 2018. Without exceptions, artists are to be responsible for making delivery & pickup arrangements for their own work if personally unavailable to do so. Again, no early removals are permitted.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the sole responsibility of the artist. Though great care will be taken when handling your work, the Lilburn Arts Alliance is not responsible for possible loss or damage to works. Artists will be asked to sign a Liability Waiver upon delivery of their artwork.
SALES: Proceeds for sales will go to the Artist with a 10% commission of artwork sales price assessed and paid to the Lilburn Arts Alliance.
RIGHTS: Lilburn Arts Alliance reserves the right to photograph and retain images of the exhibit. These materials will be used solely for educational, promotional, and documentation purposes in print or on the internet. By entering, you agree to all conditions herein.

- Non-members: $40 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted).
- 10% commission of artwork sales price will be assessed and paid to the Lilburn Arts Alliance
- Submitted pieces will be juried based on quality and merit for acceptance
