Exhibit Dates: Friday, October 19, 2018 through Friday, January 4, 2019

ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: Members and Non-Members

WORK ELIGIBILITY: This is an extended duration show. We will be accepting 2 dimensional works (all media) with a maximum artwork dimension of 24" X 36" size (excluding the frame - mounted in horizontal or vertical dimension).

JURIED ENTRY: Entrants may submit up to five images, uploaded in JPEG format at 5MB maximum per image. Please follow the size restrictions exactly. For the exhibit, framed artwork must be wired for hanging with suitable backing. All works must be identified by a card (furnished) stating Title, Artist's Name, Size, Medium and Price.

DELIVERY & DISPLAY: Accepted work must be delivered between 1 and 2 pm on Friday, October 19, 2018 to:

REMOVAL OF WORK: Work is to be removed at the end of the exhibit, on Friday, January 4, 2019. Without exceptions, artists are to be responsible for making delivery & pickup arrangements for their own work if personally unavailable to do so. Again, no early removals are permitted.

INSURANCE: Insurance is the sole responsibility of the artist. Though great care will be taken when handling your work, the Lilburn Arts Alliance is not responsible for possible loss or damage to works. Artists will be asked to sign a Liability Waiver upon delivery of their artwork.

SALES: Proceeds for sales will go to the Artist with a 20% commission of artwork sales price assessed and paid to the Bethesda Park Senior Center.

RIGHTS: Lilburn Arts Alliance reserves the right to photograph and retain images of the exhibit. These materials will be used solely for educational, promotional, and documentation purposes in print or on the internet. By entering, you agree to all conditions herein.

ENTRY FEE (Fees must be paid in-full in order for work to be considered for acceptance into the exhibit):
  • Members: $30 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted). 
  • Non-members: $40 (up to 5 pieces can be submitted).
  • 20% commission of artwork sales price will be assessed and paid to the Bethesda Park Senior Center.
  • Submitted pieces will be juried based on quality and merit for acceptance

FEE PAYMENT (Credit Card or Check)
  • Credit Card: Artists will use the "DONATE" button on this page to pay their fees through Paypal, using a credit card.
  • Check:  Payment by check must be received by Friday, October 12 and may be sent to:
