Lilburn Arts Alliance - Fall 2025 Exhibition
Prospectus:
LOCATION -

DATES: Exhibition date is September 9, 2025 through October 29, 2025
ENTRY DEADLINE: Application, liability waiver and payment should be received by Saturday August 16, 2025. Forms at bottom of page.
ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: Members and Non-members
JURIED ENTRY: Entrants may submit up to five images. Eligibility includes 2 dimensional works only: painting (all media) and photography. All artwork must be original. No nudes. All work must remain in place until the close of the exhibition. All work must be framed unless it is on a 1 1/2" gallery wrap canvas. For the exhibit, framed artwork must be wired for hanging with suitable backing. Artist must provide a card stating Title, Artist Name, Size, Medium and Price. This card must be attached to the back of each piece. Due to the size of the exhibit space, large pieces are encouraged.
DELIVERY AND DISPLAY:
August 23, 2025: Artists should drop off pieces for jurying at 10 a.m at Peggy Sullens studio:

Artists should return to Peggy Sullens studio at 1 p.m. to pick up all works.
September 8, 2025: Artists should deliver their accepted works to be displayed at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse between 10 and 11 am.

REMOVAL OF WORK: Artists must remove their works on Thursday, October 30, 2025 between 11 am and 12 noon. Without exceptions, artists are responsible for making pickup arrangements for their own work if personally unavailable to do so. No early removals are permitted.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the sole responsibility of the artist. Though great care will be taken when handling your work, the Lilburn Arts Alliance is not responsible for possible loss or damage to works. Artists will be required to sign and send a Liability Waiver for their artwork.
SALES: Gwinnett County will collect a fee of $11 for any pieces sold for up to $99 and will collect a fee of $22 for any sales over that amount. The remaining proceeds for a sale will go to the artist.
RIGHTS: Lilburn Arts Alliance reserves the right to photograph and retain images of the exhibit. These materials will be used solely for educational, promotional and documentation purposes in print or on the internet. By entering, you agree to all conditions herein.
